BCG / BCG Digital Ventures / BCG X

I worked within the Digital Ventures wing of BCG, supporting and consulting with branding, product & vision concepts, presentations, as well as working across marketing, social media, internal events and initiatives, and brand activation for the organisation’s rebrand from BCG Digital Ventures to BCG X.

 For our yearly company retreat, the team traveled to Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland for a weekend of activities.  I designed a campaign to inform and excite our team about the upcoming event. Following the trend of theming our retreats - we named this

For our yearly company retreat, the team traveled to Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland for a weekend of activities. I designed a campaign to inform and excite our team about the upcoming event. Following the trend of theming our retreats - we named this event ‘The Highlander’. I created branding, a microsite, emails, and a series of illustrations that were displayed on digital signage around the office. To highlight the excitement of traveling via train to Scotland to visit the incredible Georgian-era hotel, I chose a vintage postcard theme for the campaign, and created a series of 3 illustrations depicting the various stages of travel to our destination.

 Careful consideration had to be given to the overall composition of each illustration to ensure the visuals would have consistent impact on both horizontal and vertical digital signage.

 Following the success of The Highlander’s branding campaign, I was asked to do the same for our Berlin office’s yearly retreat.  At this time the company rebranded to ‘BCG X’, and as such the theme of the retreat was to highlight the company moving

Following the success of The Highlander’s branding campaign, I was asked to do the same for our Berlin office’s yearly retreat. At this time the company rebranded to ‘BCG X’, and as such the theme of the retreat was to highlight the company moving towards the future. I chose a theme of migratory birds, and named the event ‘Flock Ahead’. The campaign would celebrate the team’s moving forward, as well as the destination - a resort on the Black Sea. I illustrated a key visual for use throughout internal channels.
